Can I reactivate a cancelled or paused plan?

Learn how to reactivate your Bouncy subscription — your data stays safe and ready to use.

🔁 If you previously cancelled your plan, it's easy to get started again:

  1. Log in to your Bouncy account

  2. Go to the Subscription Plans page

  3. Choose the plan you want

  4. Complete the checkout to resume access


🔁 If you paused your plan, just unpause it:

  1. Log in to your Bouncy account

  2. Go to the My Profile page

  3. Under Subscription section click on Unpause Plan


💡 Good to Know:

  • You can select the same plan you had before or choose a different one

  • All your previous data (links, domains, settings) stays saved (if you disconnected your custom domains from our DNS system you'll have to re-add them again)

  • Once reactivated, your billing cycle restarts from the day of purchase
