How to dispute a charge or request a refund

We understand that billing issues can happen. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or want to request a refund, we’re here to help.

Before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please reach out to us directly — we can usually resolve the issue faster and more efficiently.

Be sure to include:

  • The email linked to your Bouncy account

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • A short explanation of the issue


🔁 Refund Policy

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In general:

  • Charges from active subscriptions are non-refundable

  • If you were charged after cancelling or due to a system error, we’ll make it right

  • Refunds are typically not issued for unused time or forgetting to cancel


⚠️ Important: Avoid Bank Disputes

Filing a chargeback through your bank before contacting us may:

  • Delay the resolution

  • Lead to permanent suspension of your Bouncy account

  • Prevent future access to our platform
