Using Bulk Actions (Select, Delete, Toggle, Move)

Bulk actions let you perform operations on multiple links at once. This feature is available on desktop only.

Entering Select Mode

  1. Click the Select button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard

  2. The button turns red and changes to Exit Select

  3. Checkboxes appear next to every link

Selecting Links

  • Individual selection: Check the box next to each link you want

  • Select all in a group: Check the box in the group's table header to select/deselect all links in that group

The Bulk Actions Bar

When you have at least one link selected, a floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen. It shows the number of selected links and these actions:

Opens a dropdown to move all selected links to a group

Sub-menu: Activate All or Deactivate All

Analytics

Chart

Opens the analytics page with all selected links for comparison

Edit

Pencil

Opens the bulk edit page with selected links pre-loaded

Delete

Trash

Opens a delete confirmation dialog

Cancel

X

Clears selection and exits select mode

Bulk Delete

  1. Select your links and click Delete in the action bar

  2. A confirmation dialog shows: "Are you sure you want to delete X selected link(s)? This action cannot be undone."

  3. Summary shows: "X link(s) will be permanently deleted"

  4. Click Delete All to confirm

Bulk Toggle (Activate/Deactivate)

  1. Select your links and click Toggle in the action bar

  2. Choose Activate All or Deactivate All

  3. All selected links are activated or deactivated

Note: Links on custom domains are always active and will be skipped during bulk toggle operations.

Bulk Edit

  1. Select your links and click Edit in the action bar

  2. You'll be taken to the bulk edit page with your selected links pre-loaded

  3. Edit destinations, behaviors, and filtering settings across all links at once

Note: App Links cannot be bulk edited. If your selection includes app links, you'll see an error.

Bulk Analytics

  1. Select the links you want to compare and click Analytics

  2. You'll be taken to the analytics page with comparison mode active for all selected links

Exiting Select Mode

Click the Exit Select button (red) or the Cancel button in the action bar to exit select mode and clear all selections.
