Logging In with Email
Go to app.bouncy.ai/login
Enter your Email and Password
Click Log In
You'll be redirected to your Dashboard
If Your Email Isn't Verified
If you registered with email but haven't verified it yet, you'll see the error: "Please verify your email before logging in."
A Resend Verification Email button will appear below the login form. Click it to receive a new verification email, then check your inbox and click the verification link.
Logging In with Google
Go to app.bouncy.ai/login
Click Continue with Google
Select your Google account in the popup
You'll be signed in and redirected to your Dashboard
If you've never used Bouncy before, a new account will be created automatically when you sign in with Google for the first time.
Account Lockout
For security, after 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 seconds. Wait and try again.
After 3 seconds of a failed attempt, you'll also see helpful hints:
"Forgot your password? Click the 'Forgot Password' link below"
"Need an account? Click 'Sign Up'"
Forgot Your Password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address
Click Send reset email
Check your inbox for a password reset link
Click the link and enter your new password (minimum 6 characters)
You'll be redirected to the login page after a successful reset
Redirect After Login
If you tried to access a specific page before logging in (e.g., /analytics or /create), Bouncy remembers where you were heading. After a successful login, you'll be automatically redirected to that page instead of the Dashboard.
