Opens a Twitter/X user's profile in the app.
Parameter:
Username (required) — 1–15 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only
Example: Enter elonmusk to create a link that opens the profile in the X app.
Tweet/Post
Opens a specific tweet or post in the app.
Parameters:
Username (required) — the tweet author's username
Tweet ID (required) — 15–20 digits
Finding the Tweet ID
The Tweet ID is in the tweet URL:
twitter.com/username/status/1234567890123456789— the ID is after/status/x.com/username/status/1234567890123456789— same format
Tips
Twitter/X handles redirect links well from both in-app and external browsers
Conservative mode is recommended for most Twitter/X links
The link opens in the X app on mobile. On desktop, it opens the web version.
