When your affiliate earnings reach the minimum threshold, you can request a payout directly from your Affiliate Dashboard.
Payout Requirements
Minimum payout: $25 for public affiliates.
Your available balance must be equal to or greater than the amount you request.
You must provide valid payment details for your chosen payout method.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Bouncy.ai account.
Click Affiliate Dashboard in the left sidebar.
Confirm that your Available Balance meets the $25 minimum.
Click the Request Payout button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
A payout request modal will appear showing your current available balance.
Fill in the required fields:
Payout Amount ($) -- Enter the amount you want to withdraw. This cannot exceed your available balance.
Payment Method -- Select one of the following from the dropdown:
PayPal
Bank Transfer
Cryptocurrency
Payment Details -- Enter the details for your chosen payment method. The placeholder text will update based on your selection:
PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address.
Bank Transfer: Enter your bank details (account number, routing number, etc.).
Cryptocurrency: Enter your cryptocurrency wallet address.
Click Submit Request.
A green notification will confirm: "Payout request submitted successfully!"
Your available balance will be updated to reflect the pending payout.
After Submitting
The Bouncy team will review and process your payout request.
Processing times vary by payment method (see Payout Methods for details).
You will be notified when your payout has been sent.
Common Issues
The "Request Payout" button is greyed out
Your available balance is either $0 or below the $25 minimum threshold. Continue promoting your affiliate link to earn more commission.
"Minimum payout for public affiliates is $25"
The amount you entered is less than $25. Enter an amount of $25 or more.
"Payout amount cannot exceed available balance"
You entered an amount larger than your current available balance. Reduce the payout amount to match or be less than your balance.
"Please provide payment details"
You left the payment details field empty. Enter the relevant information for your chosen payment method.
