What Notes Are For
Notes are internal only β visitors never see them. They're purely for your own organization. Common uses:
Tracking which campaign a link belongs to
Noting the client or project associated with a link
Reminding yourself why you created the link
Marking links that need updating
Quick reference for team members
Notes on Mobile vs Desktop
Desktop: Notes appear as a column in the links table and are editable inline
Mobile: Notes appear in the card view for each link
Tips
Keep notes concise β you only have 500 characters
Use consistent formatting if managing many links (e.g., always start with the campaign name)
Notes are searchable from the Dashboard search bar, so use relevant keywords
