Using Groups to Organize Your Links

Groups let you organize your links into categories β€” by campaign, client, platform, or whatever makes sense for your workflow.

What Are Groups?

Groups are named categories with a custom colour. On the Dashboard, links are displayed under their group headers. You can collapse or expand each group section, and filter the view to show only links in a specific group.

How Groups Look on the Dashboard

On desktop, each group has its own section in the table with:

  • A coloured header showing the group name

  • A three-dot menu for group actions

  • A collapse/expand chevron

  • Links listed underneath

When viewing "All Groups", each link also shows a coloured group badge indicating which group it belongs to. Ungrouped links appear under "General Links".

Collapsing and Expanding Groups

Click the chevron on any group header to collapse or expand that section. The collapsed/expanded state for each group is remembered between visits.

Filtering by Group

Use the Group Filter dropdown at the top of the Dashboard to show only links from a specific group. This is useful when you have many links and want to focus on one campaign or client.

Tips

  • Use colour coding to visually distinguish groups at a glance

  • Group names can be up to 50 characters

  • Links can only belong to one group at a time

  • Moving a link to a new group removes it from its current group

  • Deleting a group moves all its links to "General Links" β€” the links themselves are not deleted
