Moving Links Into Groups

You can move individual links or multiple links at once into any group.

Moving a Single Link

  1. Click the gear/settings icon on the link

  2. Select Move to Group from the context menu (this option only appears if you have at least one group)

  3. The "Move to Group" modal opens, showing the link being moved

  4. Select a group from the dropdown:

    • General Links β€” removes the link from any group

    • [Group Name] β€” moves the link into that group

  5. You can search groups by typing in the "Search groups..." field

  6. Click Move Link

Note: If you're on a team, the modal enforces compatibility. Personal links can only go into personal groups, and team links can only go into team groups. Incompatible groups appear greyed out.

Moving Multiple Links (Bulk Move)

  1. Click Select in the top-right corner of the Dashboard (desktop only)

  2. Check the boxes next to the links you want to move

  3. In the floating action bar at the bottom, click the Move button (folder icon)

  4. A dropdown appears listing all your groups plus "General Links"

  5. Click the target group to move all selected links

Tips

  • A link can only be in one group at a time β€” moving it to a new group removes it from the old one

  • Moving a link to "General Links" effectively ungroups it

  • After moving, the Dashboard updates immediately to reflect the new organization
