If you have forgotten your Bouncy.ai password, you can reset it using your email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Bouncy.ai sign-in page.
Click the Forgot password? link below the sign-in form.
On the Reset Password page, enter the email address associated with your Bouncy.ai account.
Click Send reset email.
Check your email inbox for a message from Bouncy.ai with a password reset link.
Click the link in the email. It will take you to a page where you can set a new password.
Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it.
Click submit to save your new password.
You can now sign in with your new password.
Common Issues
"No account found with this email address."
The email you entered does not match any Bouncy.ai account. Double-check for typos or try a different email address you may have used to sign up.
"Please enter a valid email address."
Make sure you are entering a properly formatted email address (e.g., [email protected]).
"Too many attempts. Please try again later."
You have sent too many reset requests in a short period. Wait a few minutes and try again.
"Failed to send reset email. Please try again."
This is a temporary server issue. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
I did not receive the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Wait a few minutes -- emails can sometimes be delayed.
Try requesting a new reset email.
After Resetting Your Password
You will be signed out of all active sessions.
Sign in with your new password on all your devices.
If you have 2FA enabled, you will also need your authenticator code to sign in.
Google Sign-In Users
If you created your Bouncy.ai account using Sign in with Google, you do not have a Bouncy-specific password. To sign in, use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page instead. If you also set a password at some point and have forgotten it, you can use this reset flow.
