Using the Activity Log
Monitoring Team Activity
Check the log regularly to see what your team has been working on. This is especially useful for:
Verifying that new team members are onboarded and active
Tracking link creation and changes across the team
Ensuring no unauthorized changes are being made
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong (e.g., a link was accidentally deleted or settings were changed), the activity log shows exactly who made the change and when.
Accountability
For agencies and businesses managing links for clients, the activity log provides an audit trail of all actions taken on the account.
Tips
Check the log weekly — a regular review helps you stay on top of team activity
Look for unusual patterns — unexpected actions (like bulk deletions or role changes) may warrant investigation
Use the details column — the details column provides context that the action name alone doesn't convey
Load more for full history — the initial view only shows 10 entries. Click Load More to see the complete history.
