Understanding Your Sidebar and Navigation

Written by Bouncy Admin
Updated this week

The sidebar is your main way to navigate Bouncy. It gives you quick access to every feature from creating links to managing your account.

Sidebar Sections

The sidebar is divided into three main sections:

1. Control Panel

This is where you'll spend most of your time. It contains:

Your Links

  • Dashboard (Global) — shows aggregate analytics across all your links. Only visible on paid plans (Growth, Scaling, or Dominance).

  • Links — your main dashboard where all your deeplinks, app links, and websites are listed.

Create Tools These are grouped together in the sidebar with a visual separator:

  • Create Deeplink — open the deeplink creation form

  • Create App Link — create a link for a specific app

  • Create Website — launch the website builder

Domain Management

  • Custom Domains — view and manage connected domains. Shows a usage counter (e.g., "2/5") next to it.

  • Buy Domain — search for and purchase new domains directly through Bouncy.

Integrations

  • API — access the Bouncy API dashboard to generate keys and view logs.

Affiliate

  • Become an Affiliate — sign up for the affiliate program (shown if you're not yet an affiliate)

  • Affiliate Dashboard — view your referrals and earnings (shown if you're already an affiliate)

2. Account

  • Profile — edit your name, phone number, password, 2FA settings, and view your subscription

  • Team — create a team and invite members. Shows a "Scaling+" badge if you're on a plan that doesn't include team management.

  • Pricing — view available plans and upgrade/downgrade

  • Logout — sign out and return to the login page

3. Help

  • Onboarding Call — opens Calendly to book a free 30-minute call with the Bouncy team

  • Telegram Support — opens the Bouncy Telegram support channel

  • Guides — opens the Help Center (help.bouncy.ai)

  • Video Tutorial — opens in-app video walkthroughs

Usage Progress Bar

Below the create tools, you'll see a progress bar showing:

  • Usage: X/Y — total links created out of your plan's creation limit

  • Active: X/Y — currently active links out of your plan's active limit

On the free plan, this also shows an "Upgrade for more" prompt.

What You See Depends on Your Plan

Some sidebar items only appear based on your plan or role:

Mobile

On mobile, the sidebar is hidden. Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner to open it. Tap the dark overlay or any menu item to close it.
