Managing Your Website Drafts

Written by Bouncy Admin

Drafts let you save work-in-progress websites and come back to them later.

Viewing Your Drafts

  1. Click Create Website in the sidebar

  2. If you have any drafts, a Drafts category appears at the top with the count

  3. Click View Drafts to see all saved drafts

Alternatively, navigate directly to the Drafts page.

Draft Cards

Each draft appears as a card showing:

  • Profile name (or template name if no name was set) in the header

  • Last edited date in the header

  • Edit Draft button β€” click to resume editing in the website builder

  • Delete button (red X icon) β€” click to delete permanently

  • Created date at the bottom

Drafts are sorted with the most recently edited first.

Editing a Draft

Click Edit Draft on any draft card. This opens the website editor with all your saved content, settings, and styling restored exactly as you left them.

Deleting a Draft

  1. Click the red X button on the draft card

  2. A confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to delete this draft? This action cannot be undone."

  3. Click Confirm to delete, or Cancel to keep it

No Drafts?

If you haven't saved any drafts, the page shows: "No Drafts Found β€” Start creating a new website to save drafts for later." with a Create New Website button.

Tips

  • Save drafts frequently when working on complex pages

  • Drafts don't count toward your active link/website limit until they're published

  • There's no limit on the number of drafts you can save
