How to Update Your Profile (Name, Phone, Telegram)

Your Bouncy.ai profile stores your contact and personal information. You can update your name, phone number, and Telegram username at any time from the Profile Settings page.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Bouncy.ai account.

  2. Click Profile in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the Profile Information section header to expand it.

  4. Update the fields you want to change:

    • First Name -- Enter your first name (required).

    • Last Name -- Enter your last name (required).

    • Phone Number -- Enter your country dialling code in the small field on the left (e.g., 44 for the UK, 1 for the US) and your phone number in the main field.

    • Telegram Username -- Enter your Telegram username without the @ symbol. The @ is added automatically.

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. A green success message will confirm: "Profile updated successfully!"


Validation Rules

Names

  • Must contain only letters (a-z, A-Z), spaces, and hyphens.

  • Must be between 2 and 50 characters.

Phone Number

  • Country code: 1 to 4 digits (numbers only).

  • Phone number: 6 to 15 digits (numbers only).

Telegram Username

  • 5 to 32 characters.

  • Only letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), and underscores (_) are allowed.

  • Do not include the @ symbol -- it is added for you.


Why Can't I Change My Email?

Your email address is tied to your Bouncy.ai authentication account and cannot be changed through the profile page. If you need to use a different email address, you will need to create a new account with that email.
