Understanding Support Tiers (Standard, Priority, VIP)

Your Bouncy.ai support tier determines the level and speed of support you receive. Your tier is based on your current subscription plan and is displayed on your Profile Settings page.

Standard

Free, Solo

Access to the help center, community resources, and standard response times via email/chat.

Priority

Growth, Scaling

Faster response times, priority handling of your support tickets, and access to live chat.

VIP

Dominance, Agency

Fastest response times, dedicated priority queue, and direct access to senior support staff.


How to Check Your Support Tier

  1. Log in to your Bouncy.ai account.

  2. Click Profile in the left sidebar.

  3. Your current plan is displayed in the Subscription section with a badge (e.g., "Growth", "Dominance").

  4. Your support tier is linked to your plan as shown in the table above.


Standard Support

Available to all users, including those on the Free and Solo plans.

  • Access to the full Bouncy Help Center (the articles you are reading now).

  • Support via Intercom live chat and email ([email protected]).

  • Responses during normal business hours.


Priority Support

Available to users on the Growth and Scaling plans.

Everything in Standard, plus:

  • Faster response times -- your tickets are moved ahead of standard requests.

  • Priority handling for technical issues and billing questions.


VIP Support

Available to users on the Dominance and Agency plans.

Everything in Priority, plus:

  • Fastest response times -- your requests go to the front of the queue.

  • Access to senior support staff for complex technical questions.

  • Direct assistance with account configuration, custom domains, and API integration.


How to Upgrade Your Support Tier

Your support tier upgrades automatically when you move to a higher plan:

  1. Go to Profile in the sidebar.

  2. In the Subscription section, click Upgrade Plan (if on the Free plan) or Manage Billing (if on a paid plan).

  3. Select the plan that includes your desired support level.
