🔄 1. Your Plan Renewed Automatically

All Bouncy subscriptions are set to auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You’ll be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you:

  • Cancel your subscription before the renewal date

  • Pause your subscription before the renewal date

🔼 2. You Upgraded Your Plan Mid-Cycle

If you upgraded your plan, you were charged immediately for the price difference between your old and new plan — based on how many days were left in your billing cycle.

💡 This only happens when you upgrade. You’re not charged the full new price — just the calculated pro-rated difference.

💳 3. A Previous Payment Was Retried

If your original or previous payment failed (e.g. insufficient funds or card expired), our system will automatically retry the charge a few days later.
