Creating, Editing, and Deleting Groups

Creating a Group

  1. On the Dashboard, click the Create Group button (on desktop) or Group button (on mobile) in the header area

  2. The "Create New Group" modal opens

  3. Enter a Group Name (up to 50 characters β€” a counter shows how many you've used)

  4. Click Create Group

Your new group appears immediately on the Dashboard.

Editing a Group

  1. Find the group header on the Dashboard (desktop view)

  2. Click the three-dot menu on the group header

  3. Select Edit

  4. The "Edit Group" modal opens with the current name pre-filled

  5. Change the name as needed

  6. Click Update Group

Deleting a Group

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the group header

  2. Select Delete

  3. A confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to delete the group '[name]'? This action cannot be undone. All links in this group will be moved to General Links."

  4. Click Delete Group to confirm

Important: Deleting a group does NOT delete the links inside it. All links from the deleted group are moved to "General Links" automatically.

Group Analytics

From the three-dot menu on a group header, you can also select Group Analytics to view analytics for all links in that group.

Team Groups

If you're on a team, groups can be associated with either personal links or team links. When moving a link to a group, the system enforces compatibility β€” you can't move a personal link into a team group or vice versa. Incompatible groups are greyed out with an icon in the Move to Group modal.
