Checking Your Plan Usage (Links and Domains)

Written by Bouncy Admin
Updated this week

Bouncy shows your plan usage in several places so you always know where you stand.

Sidebar Usage Indicators

In the sidebar, below the create tools section, you'll see:

  • Usage: X/Y β€” total links you've created out of your plan's total creation limit

  • Active: X/Y β€” currently active links out of your plan's active link limit

A progress bar fills in teal as you approach your limit. On the free plan, an "Upgrade for more" prompt is shown.

Domain Usage

Next to Custom Domains in the sidebar, you'll see a counter like "2/5" showing how many custom domains you've connected vs. your plan limit.

Note: Dominance plan limits scale based on the tier you've selected (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, or 300 active links).

Profile Page

Your Profile page also shows plan usage in the Subscription card:

  • Deeplinks: Total X/Y and Active X/Y

  • Custom Domains: X/Y domains

  • Team: X/Y members (or "Not available" if your plan doesn't include team)

What Happens at the Limit

Total links limit

When you've created the maximum number of links allowed by your plan, you won't be able to create new ones until you delete an existing link or upgrade.

Active links limit

When all your active slots are used, you'll need to deactivate an existing link before activating a new one, or upgrade your plan.

Custom domains limit

You won't be able to add more custom domains until you remove one or upgrade.

Team Member Usage

If you're a team member (not the owner), the sidebar shows the team owner's plan usage instead of your personal limits, so you can see how much capacity the team has.
