If your saved payment method (credit or debit card) expires, Bouncy will attempt to charge it but the payment will fail.
🔁 What Happens Next:
We’ll notify you via email about the failed payment
Your account will remain active for a short grace period
We’ll retry the payment automatically a few times
If the issue isn’t resolved, your subscription will be paused
💳 How to Fix It:
Log in to your Bouncy account
Go to Billing Settings → Payment Method
Update your card with the new expiration date or add a new card
Once updated, the system will retry the charge or you can pay manually
🔐 Your Data is Safe
Even if your subscription pauses, your links, settings, and data remain saved. Once payment is successful, everything resumes as normal.
