Bouncy uses Stripe to handle billing, which gives you access to a full history of all your payments, invoices, and receipts.
How to View Your Invoices
Step 1: Open the Billing Portal
Go to Profile in the sidebar
Find your subscription card
Click Manage Billing
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
Step 2: View Billing History
In the Stripe Customer Portal, you'll find a Billing history or Invoices section that lists all your transactions. Each entry shows:

View the receipt — a simplified payment confirmation

A typical Bouncy invoice includes:

If you're not receiving receipts:
Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure the email on your Stripe account is correct (you can update it in the Stripe Customer Portal)
Using Invoices for Expense Reporting
If you need invoices for business expense reports or tax purposes:
Open the Stripe Customer Portal

Each PDF includes all the information typically required for expense reporting: company details, invoice number, dates, amounts, and payment confirmation
