How to View Your Invoices and Payment History

Written by Bouncy Admin
Updated this week

Bouncy uses Stripe to handle billing, which gives you access to a full history of all your payments, invoices, and receipts.

How to View Your Invoices

Step 1: Open the Billing Portal

  1. Go to Profile in the sidebar

  2. Find your subscription card

  3. Click Manage Billing

This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

Step 2: View Billing History

In the Stripe Customer Portal, you'll find a Billing history or Invoices section that lists all your transactions. Each entry shows:

  • Date — when the charge was made

  • Amount — how much you were charged

  • Description — what the charge was for (plan name, domain purchase, etc.)

  • Status — paid, pending, or failed

Step 3: Download an Invoice

Click on any invoice to view its details. You can:

  • View the full invoice — see line items, taxes, discounts, and totals

  • Download as PDF — save a copy for your records or accounting

  • View the receipt — a simplified payment confirmation

What's on an Invoice

A typical Bouncy invoice includes:

  • Invoice number — unique identifier for the transaction

  • Billing period — the dates covered by the charge

  • Plan name — e.g., Growth, Scaling, or Dominance

  • Amount — the total charged

  • Proration details — if you upgraded mid-cycle, the prorated amounts are itemized

  • Discounts — any affiliate or promotional discounts applied

  • Payment method — the last 4 digits of the card used

Using Invoices for Expense Reporting

If you need invoices for business expense reports or tax purposes:

  2. Download PDF invoices for each billing period

  3. Each PDF includes all the information typically required for expense reporting: company details, invoice number, dates, amounts, and payment confirmation
