NSFW Toggle — Enabling Adult Content Warnings on Your Website

Written by Bouncy Admin
Updated this week

If your website contains adult or NSFW content, you can enable the adult content toggle to unlock additional features designed for adult creators.

Enabling the NSFW Toggle

  1. Open your website in the editor

  2. Go to the Main tab

  3. Scroll down to the Adult Content section

  4. Toggle Adult Content on

What Changes When Enabled

Visitor Location Display

A new toggle appears: Show Visitor Location

When enabled, your website page displays the visitor's detected city and country. This feature is commonly used by adult content creators.

Online Status

A new toggle appears: Online Status

When enabled, a green pulsing dot appears on your page indicating you're currently online and available. The editor shows a preview: "You're showing as online now!"

Adult Social Platforms

The Social tab unlocks additional platforms that are only shown when Adult Content is enabled:

  • OnlyFans

  • Fanvue

  • Fansly

  • Subs

  • txt.com

These platforms' icons won't appear on your page unless Adult Content is toggled on.

When to Enable

  • Your page links to adult content platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.)

  • You want to show visitor location on your page

  • You want to display an online status indicator

  • Your content is intended for adult audiences

Important Notes

  • Enabling the NSFW toggle doesn't automatically add an age verification gate. That's handled separately on the deeplink level.

  • If visitors access your website through a Bouncy deeplink that has adult content detection enabled, they'll see the age verification checkpoint before reaching your website.

  • Consider using adult-themed system domains (allmyspicylinks.com, spicyl.ink, spicey.link) for your website to clearly signal the content type.
