Viewing Analytics for a Single Link

Written by Bouncy Admin
Updated this week

Every deeplink, app link, and website you create in Bouncy has its own dedicated analytics page. This page gives you a complete breakdown of how that link is performing.

How to Open Analytics

There are two ways to access a link's analytics:

From the Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Find the link you want to analyze

  3. Click the gear/settings icon on the link

  4. Select Analytics from the context menu

Direct URL

You can navigate directly to any link's analytics by visiting:

/analytics?id=YOUR_LINK_ID

What You'll See

The analytics page is organized into several sections, each giving you a different perspective on your link's performance.

Stats Overview

At the top of the page, you'll see a row of key metrics:

Metric

Description

Total Views

The total number of times this link has been visited

Avg Daily Views

The average number of clicks per day across the selected time range

Avg Hourly Views

The average number of clicks per hour

Peak Views

The highest number of views recorded in a single time period

Growth %

How your traffic is trending compared to the previous equivalent period

Performance Chart

Below the stats, an interactive area chart displays your views over time. The chart automatically adjusts its time axis based on the selected time range — showing hourly data points for shorter ranges and daily data points for longer ones.

World Map

A color-coded world map shows where your visitors are located geographically. Countries with more visitors appear in darker shades. The map uses a logarithmic color scale, so you can still see countries with lower traffic even when one country dominates.

Country Leaderboard

Below the map, a ranked table shows your top 10 countries by visitor count. Each entry includes:

  • A flag emoji for quick visual identification

  • The country name

  • The total number of views from that country

Device, Platform, and Referrer Breakdowns

Three separate breakdown sections show:

  • Device — mobile vs. desktop vs. tablet

  • Platform — which operating systems visitors use (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, etc.)

  • Referrer — where visitors came from before clicking your link (Instagram, Twitter, Google, direct, etc.)

Website-Specific Metrics

If the link you're viewing is a website (built with Bouncy's Website Builder), you'll see two additional cards:

  • Total Clicks — how many times visitors clicked on buttons or links within your page

  • Click-Through Rate — the percentage of total visitors who clicked through

Adult Content Metrics

If the link has the adult content checkpoint enabled, the performance chart displays two lines:

  • Views — all visitors who landed on the page

  • Adult Confirmations — visitors who confirmed their age and continued

This helps you understand how many visitors are completing the age verification step.

Changing the Time Range

By default, analytics shows the Last 7 Days. You can change this using the time range selector at the top of the page. Options include preset ranges (Today, Last 30 Days, All Time, etc.) and a custom date range picker.

For more details, see Using the Time Range Selector.
